NANA's Shareholder Employment & Development Department (SHED) provides a wide array of services to shareholders to support the overall mission of NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.-- To improve the quality of life of its shareholders. SHED offers many support services, including career counseling, identifying and/or providing funding for higher education/training, assisting college students to find internships or summer jobs, and helping shareholders find gainful employment.
Shareholder Employment & Development also works directly with NANA business units to help create career development opportunities for shareholders.
SHED is committed to:
- Educating, developing and engaging shareholders as they pursue meaningful career and life goals.
- Working diligently with NANA companies and management to: provide opportunities for shareholders, increase shareholder hire and develop programs to advance shareholders in their careers.
- Build and maintain relationships with outside organizations which have common goals and to provide them with valuable human resources while providing further opportunities for our shareholders.
